  • The client’s product range—thousands of SKUs across vehicle types, part categories, and fitment specifications—created significant data management and listing accuracy challenges as they expanded across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Each platform followed different taxonomies, content standards, and compliance requirements, and aligning supplier data to those without errors required a structured, repeatable workflow.
  • The client had no prior experience with online advertising, which meant paid media had to be launched without historical performance data to guide strategy. A growing volume of orders and customer inquiries, unmanaged by any structured support system, was also placing additional pressure on internal operations.

Data4eCom deployed a four-member team with Rithum management experience. As the workload increased, the team moved to a two-shift model to ensure round-the-clock support.

  • Configured Rithum for marketplace operations by importing existing product data, mapping it for marketplace compliance, and setting up rules and warehouses for inventory across suppliers and locations.
  • Managed product data preparation through cleaning, merging, deduplication, standardization, enrichment, and validation before upload.
  • Improved listing quality and optimized them through keyword research, SEO-focused description writing, and updates to titles, descriptions, shipping information, attributes, and marketplace-compliant image editing.
  • Handled order processing by manually routing orders to the right distributors, setting alerts for shipping, inventory, fraud, and payment issues. Later, we automated the entire workflow inside Rithum.
  • Provided customer support coverage through dedicated virtual assistants who managed inquiries from Amazon, eBay, and Walmart; created tickets; updated statuses; and flagged escalations.
  • SEO support for both the website and marketplace listings through audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and creation of SEO-oriented listing content.
  • Managed Amazon PPC, including campaign setup, optimization, bidding, copy testing, and reporting, with ongoing refinements to improve campaign performance.
  • Supported the Shopify Plus website with a dedicated developer responsible for technical issue resolution, monitoring, and regular updates.
