Our Solutions
To resolve the client’s MRO data management challenges, we set up a dedicated team of 25 specialists to provide our key offerings:
We handled over 350,000 records each month to deliver clean and reliable datasets. Our team parsed unstructured descriptions to extract key attributes, including MPNs, manufacturer names, product types, and supplier details, and aligned them with standardized fields for consistency. We consolidated multiple variations of manufacturer names across different languages and formats into a single, uniform reference to maintain consistency across systems. Automated rules were applied to identify and eliminate duplicate entries from millions of records, reducing redundancy and preventing inflated inventory counts. We also standardized inconsistent units of measure (e.g., “pcs,” “piece,” “unit”), ensuring procurement data remained accurate and uniform across the client’s ERP and asset management systems.
We enriched more than 100,000 product records each month with complete and structured information. Our team cross-referenced MPNs and short text entries against official OEM catalogs and certified supplier portals to validate accuracy. We also translated German and French technical documentation into English to maintain classification accuracy while preserving industry-standard terminology. To further enhance usability, we expanded part records with additional attributes such as dimensions, compatibility details, and lifecycle status, enabling the client’s procurement and maintenance teams to make more informed decisions.
We validated and enriched over 8,000 supplier and OEM profiles each month, giving the client a stronger and more reliable supplier intelligence framework. Our team captured essential details such as official company names, registration numbers, addresses, and parent–subsidiary relationships to build a comprehensive supplier directory. We also logged ISO certifications, quality audits, and industry affiliations to ensure compliance with procurement requirements. In addition, we flagged suppliers with outdated records, missing certifications, or other high-risk markers, enabling the client to make better-informed sourcing decisions and strengthen supply chain reliability.
We implemented a three-tier validation framework incorporating automated checks, peer reviews, and final technical approvals. Our quality control processes included translation verification for multilingual content, validation of technical specifications, and confirmation of compatibility. We utilized automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks while maintaining manual oversight for complex technical decisions.
Achieved a 98% data accuracy rate, exceeding industrial maintenance standards and client expectations.
Standardized and enriched over 1 million spare parts records, driving greater efficiency across maintenance and procurement workflows.
Delivered fully verified and detailed data for over 100,000 spare parts, improving data completeness and overall usability.
